The pre-treatment and feeding process of the dryer are prerequisites for ensuring stable drying quality. Before the formal drying operation, it is necessary to conduct a simple screening and sorting of the materials, remove clumps, impurities, and materials with significant differences in dryness and wetness, and try to ensure that the moisture content of the incoming materials is uniform and consistent. When feeding, a uniform and layered fabric is used to avoid excessive accumulation of local materials and prevent hot air from penetrating and causing internal dryness and surface overheating. Control the feeding amount according to the volume of the equipment chamber, prevent excessive feeding from affecting the circulation air path, and lay a foundation for subsequent uniform drying from the feeding process.

Hot air circulation and constant temperature drying are the core components of the entire process. After the equipment is started, the heating system steadily heats up and forms a uniform circulating hot air with the help of the fan. The hot air continuously penetrates the material layer, carries away the surface moisture of the material through heat exchange, and gradually conducts it to the inside of the material, allowing the deep moisture to slowly precipitate and vaporize. During the homework process, the temperature and wind speed are controlled in real time according to the type and moisture content of the materials, to maintain stable working conditions inside the chamber and prevent temperature fluctuations from fluctuating. By continuously circulating hot air and dynamically exchanging heat, the material's dry and wet changes are evenly distributed, effectively avoiding common problems such as uneven drying, material cracking, deterioration, and discoloration.

Dehumidification, dehumidification, and cooling discharge are the final steps in improving the drying process. The large amount of water vapor generated during the drying process will be promptly discharged from the chamber through the equipment exhaust system to avoid moisture retention and form moisture regain, ensuring the continuous and stable drying efficiency. After the material is dried to meet the standard, it is not directly discharged at high temperature, but continuously cooled and dehumidified using room temperature wind to stabilize the temperature and moisture content of the material and improve the quality of the finished product. After the cooling is completed, the material is uniformly discharged, screened, and stored, and the entire process realizes the integration of feeding, drying, dehumidification, and cooling. The process is coherent and stable, and can meet the requirements of batch and standardized production.
