Before starting the dryer operation, the staff must complete a detailed inspection of the entire machine to prevent any potential hazards during startup. Before daily homework, check whether the equipment power supply, control switches, and circuits are intact, and confirm that there are no problems such as damage, leakage, poor contact, etc. Carefully check if the fan, heating components, and transmission structure are flexible and intact, and if there are no accumulated debris, blockages, or dust in the filter screen, air duct, and drying oven. At the same time, check whether the safety protection devices of the equipment are complete and in place, and whether the grounding of the body is normal. After all checks are correct, start the equipment for a short period of no-load trial operation, observe whether the equipment is running smoothly, supplying air, and heating up, and confirm that there are no abnormalities before putting it into material production.

During the operation of the dryer, it is necessary to strictly follow the operating procedures and prevent unauthorized and overloaded operations. During production, it is necessary to set the drying temperature, operating wind speed, and operation time reasonably based on the dryness and wetness of the materials and their properties. Do not arbitrarily increase the temperature or speed up the operation. It is strictly prohibited to throw excessive materials at once to avoid uneven drying and thermal deterioration caused by material accumulation. At the same time, excessive equipment load should be prevented from exacerbating part wear and increasing energy consumption. During the operation of the equipment, operators are not allowed to leave their posts at will and should always pay attention to the operation status of the equipment. Once abnormal situations such as abnormal noise, odor, overheating, and unstable air pressure occur, the equipment must be immediately shut down and the power must be cut off to troubleshoot the problem. It is forbidden to restart the equipment until the problem is completely resolved.

Standardized shutdown and daily maintenance after homework completion are key to extending the service life of the dryer. After each drying operation is completed, do not directly cut off the power supply of the entire machine. First, turn off the heating system, keep the fan running continuously, and use the residual air to take away the waste heat inside the equipment. After the body temperature drops completely, stop the machine and turn off the power to prevent high temperature residue from burning out the internal circuits and components. After shutdown, promptly clean the residual materials, filter dust, and air duct debris inside the box to ensure that the equipment is clean and free of residue. When the equipment is idle for a long time, it should be placed in a dry and ventilated environment, protected against dust, rust, and moisture. Before putting it back into use, a comprehensive inspection and no-load test must be carried out to ensure stable operating conditions of the equipment.
